Claude builds a draft every Saturday from my Notion notes. Nothing goes out until I read it and approve it.
Cloud spend-reporting warehouse
A data pipeline I am building on AWS to turn raw cloud-billing files into a queryable cost-reporting warehouse. Billing exports land in object storage, a crawler catalogues them, the data is converted to a columnar format, and loaded into a serverless warehouse for SQL. The warehouse ends up reporting on its own running cost. I am building it hands-on to keep my cloud data-engineering skills first-hand, not second-hand.
Notion-to-Website Publishing Pipeline
I write in Notion and say "sync my site". Claude Code does the rest, and asks me before anything goes live.
A personal AI working environment

A marathon training agent
A web app that builds a periodized marathon plan, syncs with Strava, and adapts every week. Seven days before the race it writes a race-week brief.
Fitness tracking with Notion + Claude
How I run my own training. Claude plans each week from what I actually did, picks sessions from a library I built with it, and checks every claim against the evidence. If my long-term health is at risk, it pushes back.
AI playtesting for games (playcheck)
An open-source tool that lets an AI player play a browser game and report where it stops being fun: stuck, confusing, or too hard too soon.
Automated video creation workflow for creators
An engine that produces faceless long-form explainer videos, 8 minutes and up, with a recurring mascot. One control panel, gated steps, and a render built in code.
Content research engine
The research layer in front of my video engine. It finds outlier videos, ranks topics, and scores the first 3 seconds of a hook before anything gets made.
